Welcome to Mochi Cam! Before using the Mochi Cam services (hereinafter referred to as "Our Services") provided by LANGTAOJIN PTE. LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company," "We," or "Us"), please read this User Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") carefully.

By clicking "Agree" or engaging in any use of the services (including downloading, installing, logging in, etc.), you are deemed to have fully read and accepted all contents of this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement or any subsequent updates, please do not register or immediately stop using our services.

1. Definitions

• 1.1 The Company/We/Us: Refers to LANGTAOJIN PTE. LTD. (UEN: [Your UEN if available, or just the name]) and its operating affiliates. This does not include third-party providers of integrated functions.

• 1.2 Our Services: Refers to the Mochi Cam client, mini-programs, and any new service forms arising from technological advancement.

• 1.3 Service Rules: Includes all currently published and future rules released by the platform.

• 1.4 User/You: Any individual who accepts this Agreement, including both registered and non-registered users.

2. Scope of Agreement

• 2.1 Contracting Entities: This Agreement is a legally binding contract between you and LANGTAOJIN PTE. LTD. In the event of business restructuring, the successor entity shall inherit all rights and obligations herein.

• 2.2 General Terms: These are general terms. Specific services (e.g., paid features) may have specialized supplemental agreements.

3. Account Registration and Use

• 3.1 Eligibility: You confirm that you possess the legal capacity required by the laws of your jurisdiction. Minors must use the service under the guidance and consent of a legal guardian.

• 3.2 Account Registration: You may register via phone number or third-party authorization. Your username/nickname must not contain prohibited content (e.g., names of political leaders, discriminatory language, or infringement of third-party intellectual property).

• 3.3 Personal Use: Your account is for your personal use only. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

4. Services and Rules

• 4.1 Service Scope: We provide AI-powered image generation services where you upload photos to generate new artistic content ("Your Content").

• 4.2 Service Fees:

• AI generation is a paid service requiring payment before use.

• Payments are for the value-added network service provided and are not deposits or prepayments.

• Non-Refundable Policy: Fees are generally non-refundable unless the service is completely unusable due to our breach or as required by local consumer protection laws.

• 4.3 Commercial Information: We reserve the right to display advertisements or commercial information within the service.

5. Intellectual Property

• 5.1 Company IP: All technology, software, trademarks (including the "Mochi Cam" logo), and UI design are owned by LANGTAOJIN PTE. LTD. or its affiliates.

• 5.2 Your Content:

• Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you generate and post (excluding third-party IP).

• Data Protection: Your uploaded photos are used strictly for image processing. We do not extract biometric identification info. Once the generation is complete, the uploaded system data is automatically deleted and not retained.

6. Personal Information and Protection of Minors

• 6.1 Data Privacy: We use various security measures to prevent data leaks or unauthorized use. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

• 6.2 Minors: We emphasize the protection of minors' information. Guardians should supervise and guide the online behavior and consumption of minors.

7. Limitation and Disclaimer of Liability

• 7.1 Force Majeure: We provide services "as is." We are not liable for service interruptions caused by network failures, hacker attacks, government orders, or other factors beyond our control.

• 7.2 AI Disclaimer:

• All content is generated by AI models. We do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or functionality.

• Professional Advice: AI content does not represent the Company's views and must not be relied upon for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

• Content Flaws: Despite filtering, AI content may occasionally be imperfect or inappropriate. Users use such content at their own risk.

8. Amendments to the Agreement

We may update this Agreement to improve user experience. Major changes will be announced 30 days in advance via in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• 9.1 Governing Law: The formation, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.

• 9.2 Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be referred to and finally resolved by the courts of Singapore or through arbitration at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) at the Company's discretion.
